Local Law 11 Compliance (FISP)

KW Construction manages the full FISP (Local Law 11) pathway—from initial façade inspections by a QEWI to repairs, filings, and close-out. We plan safe access (sidewalk sheds, pipe/suspended scaffolds), perform hands-on examinations, document conditions, and generate compliant reports and repair scopes.

Once the report is filed, we execute corrective work for Unsafe or SWARMP items with clear phasing, tenant coordination, and DOB/LPC interface where needed. Our team handles permits, progress photos, amendments, and final affidavits so owners stay compliant and avoid penalties.
