Which stucco system is best for my building?

We evaluate substrate, exposure, and maintenance goals to recommend traditional cement stucco, acrylic finishes, or EIFS—each with pros on flexibility, vapor transmission, and appearance.

Can cracked concrete be repaired instead of replaced?

Often yes. We stabilize the substrate, treat rebar, rout-and-seal or patch spalls, and add coatings. Severely deteriorated or settled slabs may require replacement.

Are rooftop pavers heavy? Will they affect structure?

Pedestal systems distribute loads and allow drainage. We review structural capacity and choose paver thickness and layout that meet engineering limits.

 

How do you prevent future cracking or water issues?

Proper base prep, reinforcement, control/expansion joints, correct slopes, quality sealants, and curing protocols—plus optional protective coatings—extend service life.
